Exactly what I was looking for! This is the only waterless diffuser I could find online that was cordless AND didn't have some sort of Bluetooth built-in. If I'm going to use natural oils, I don't want Bluetooth radio waves getting in the way of the experience, you know. It just seems counterproductive to blast yourself with Bluetooth waves while using essential oils. 🤨 Seems every other waterless diffuser manufacturer is losing the plot here. I'm glad this company didn't decide to follow worthless trends with their diffusers and that at least their current models get the needed fundamentals down perfectly. My room is small and I don't have an outlet in good areas; it's why I also needed it to be cordless.
This diffuser is small but it fills up my space with scent very fast. I usually turn it off after 15 minutes or so because it gets potent, which is a great thing for me due to the oil I use! I'm using Frankincense Carterii oil only and it gets a good mileage out of it. I found that using Frankincense with a water diffuser is a colossal waste, as this oil isn't very aromatic to begin with but with the Chavanc diffuser, I now feel I'm getting the best out of this pricey oil. I'm so happy with the wonderful Frankincense aroma. Now I feel it's worth it to splurge on Frankincense because I can actually smell it, unlike my previous water diffuser eating up half the bottle for barely any scent. This oil also helps with my sinuses.
The diffuser also looks beautiful and I like I can turn off the light. The light shutting off was also a feature I appreciated. I struggled to pick which design I wanted because they really have beautiful designs. The small cone ultimately was the best for my limited space.
I leave the top on and the noise it makes is tolerable. I'm the lightest sleeper and thankfully don't have an issue if the top is on. Without the top, the noise still isn't too bad.
There was an included oil with the diffuser and I picked the Tea scent because it was one of the few they had without Patchouli (I really don't like Patchouli) but I'll be honest, it was still way too smelly for my taste regardless and even made me sneeze. The oil would stink up my entire room even with the top on the bottle and not even using it on the diffuser. I had to throw it out immediately. 😅 Sorry guys! At least it was "free" included with the diffuser.
It arrived fast and was packaged very safely. I've been using it for a little over a month and had to charge it around three times. The experience just blows out the water any other diffuser I've had. I can't go back to water diffusers now. This Chavanc diffuser has definitely spoiled me. Personally, it was well worth the price for me and my Frankincense obsession!
