Operating Instructions
Rotate the rotary knob clockwise to activate the mist. Continuing to rotate clockwise will increase the mist intensity; rotating counter-clockwise will decrease the flow until the device clicks off.

• Model 1 [Classic Wired]: Runs continuously on a rhythmic breathing cycle (5 min ON / 3 min pause). Features an automatic 3-hour safety shutdown. Permanent USB plug-in tethered operation.
• Model 2 [Classic Portable]: 4 custom modes via knob. Intense (2H): 60s spray / 120s pause + light. Master (4H): 120s spray / 60s pause + light. Night (8H): 30s spray / 150s pause (light muted). Powered by twin-fluid cold-air fluidics, it requires exactly 3 seconds to project raw botanical strata into the atmosphere. Within 15 to 20 minutes of operation, the micro-suspended dry-mist particles will effortlessly achieve absolute spatial coverage of up to 1,200 square feet (1,200 sq ft).

Important Precautions
Oil Level Integrity When adding essential oils, ensure the liquid level does not exceed the "MAX" indicator line as illustrated. Overfilling may cause the oil to backflow into the internal mechanism, leading to irreversible damage to the device.
Oil Compatibility This device is a professional-grade pure oil nebulizer. To ensure the finest olfactory experience and device longevity, please use only Chavanc bespoke fragrances or premium natural botanical essential oils.

Troubleshooting & Power Diagnosis
It is highly likely a charging compatibility or structural blockage issue rather than a hardware defect. To instantly isolate the cause, please execute this structured self-test sequence before requesting a return:
Step 1: The Power Diagnosis (Check the Light)
Chavanc utilizes a dedicated low-voltage charging protocol (5W 5V-1A). High-wattage fast chargers or third-party Type-C to Type-C cables will fail to transfer power due to handshake mismatches. Verify your indicator status:
FLASHING RED Critical low battery or system protocol rejection. If it blinks while plugged into a fast charger, power is rejected—NO charging is taking place.
SLOW FLASHING GREEN Type-C power handshake accepted. Battery is charging normally (Takes 3–4 hours for complete 2000mAh saturation). Please ONLY use our supplied original cable connected to a 5V 1A adapter block.
SOLID GREEN Fully charged. Ready for cordless layout (Delivers up to 18–24 hours wireless runtime on the lowest configuration).
Step 2: The Acoustic & Kinetic Test (Diagnose the Base)
Remove the glass vessel completely and turn the metallic dial to power on the base. Monitor for the following signs:
1. Acoustic Verification: Listen closely for a faint, steady kinetic hum from the internal motor. If there is absolute silence, revert to Step 1. (Also ensure the device is not simply resting in its programmed intermittent pause interval).
2. Kinetic Verification: While the unit is humming, place your fingertip firmly over the silicone air outlet on the wooden base to feel for physical air pressure.
• IF YOU FEEL PRESSURE: The internal pump and battery are functioning flawlessly. The base is 100% operational. The disruption is entirely isolated to the glass chamber due to dried oil accumulation or micro-nozzle blockage.
• IF NO PRESSURE: The internal air channel or battery has sustained secondary backflow damage due to oil overfilling or tilting. Proceed to contact support.
Step 3: Glass Resolution (Isolate the Clog)
If the base passed Step 2, the issue is a clogged micro-nozzle or structural damage within the glass stem. Please proceed immediately to the Maintenance & Purification protocol below and execute a medical-grade alcohol flush to restore fluid pathways.

Maintenance & Purification
To ensure the longevity of your diffuser and the purity of each scent, we recommend the following rituals:
Method I: The Standard Rinse
Infuse: Pour a small amount of medical-grade alcohol into the glass vessel.
Agitate: Secure the opening and gently shake the flask in all directions to dissolve residue.
Dry: Ensure the flask is completely dry before its next use to maintain scent integrity.
Method II: The Deep Clear
Activate: Pour in medical-grade alcohol and power on the device.
Pressurize: Use the specialized conduit to apply gentle pressure to the connection point of the internal atomizing core.
Clear: Continue until a steady stream of air or mist is discharged, indicating the blockage has been cleared.
Essential Safeguards
Pure Oil Exclusivity Use only 100% pure botanical essential oils. To maintain the integrity of the nebulizing mechanism, do not use diluted oils or synthetic fragrances containing carrier oils.
Weekly Maintenance Protocol To prevent blockages within the integrated atomizing core, perform a thorough cleanse at least once per week. Use exclusively medical-grade alcohol for all cleaning procedures.
